If you follow me on Instagram you know my love affair is strong with the Smoothie Bowl. While they look fussy and give the illusion that they take an exorbitant amount of time to prepare. Well, let me assure you they are easy and worth every bit of the 5 minutes they take!
Power Greens + Berries — serves 2
2 large handfuls of Organic power greens (baby kale, baby chard, baby spinach)
1 1/2 Cup Organic frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
15+ Ounces of water — you may need more or less depending on desired thickness
Blend away — I use a vitamix… proving to be a useful birthday present!!

Handful of dry roasted almonds chopped
1 Kiwi, cut and divided
